How to Delete Your Data

Direct Sale AI respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Through Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Direct Sale AI account
  2. Navigate to SettingsPrivacy
  3. Click "Delete My Data"
  4. Confirm your request

Option 2: Disconnect a Platform

To remove data associated with a specific messaging platform:

  1. Log in to your Direct Sale AI account
  2. Navigate to SettingsChannels
  3. Click "Disconnect" next to the platform you wish to remove
  4. All stored credentials and connection data for that platform will be deleted immediately

Option 3: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@directsale.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The specific data you want deleted (or "all data")

What Gets Deleted

  • Account information: Your name, email, and company details
  • Product catalog: All uploaded product data
  • Connection credentials: All encrypted OAuth tokens and platform connections
  • Configuration: AI assistant settings and customizations

What Is Already Not Stored

  • Customer conversations: Message content from Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms is not permanently stored. Temporary debug logs are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
  • Customer personal data: We do not build profiles of your customers or store their personal information.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
