Orders
Official guide · English · Version 9c253d0cf11816df
The Orders section is your central hub for managing every order placed through your store. Whether orders come from your storefront, chatbot, external marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, or integrated platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce, they all appear here in a unified view.
Accessing Orders
To access the Orders page, click Orders in the left sidebar of your dashboard. The page loads with a statistics overview at the top, followed by a filterable, searchable table of all your orders.
Order Statistics Dashboard
At the top of the Orders page, you will see six statistics cards that give you an at-a-glance summary of your order activity. These statistics update in real time as you receive and process orders.
| Stat Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Orders | The total number of orders across all statuses and all time. |
| Pending | Orders that have been placed but not yet confirmed by you. These require your attention. |
| Confirmed | Orders you have confirmed and acknowledged but have not yet begun processing. |
| Shipped | Orders that have been shipped and are on their way to customers. |
| Delivered | Orders that have been successfully delivered to customers. |
| Revenue | The total revenue generated from all orders, displayed in your store's currency. |
Info: The statistics cards reflect all-time data for your store, not just the orders visible on the current page. They provide a cumulative overview regardless of any active filters.
Order Sources
DirectSale aggregates orders from multiple sales channels. Each order is tagged with a source badge so you can quickly see where it came from.
| Source | Description |
|---|---|
| Chatbot | Orders placed through your AI chatbot widget embedded on your website. |
| Store | Orders placed through your DirectSale storefront. |
| Shopify | Orders synced from your connected Shopify store. |
| WooCommerce | Orders synced from your connected WooCommerce store. |

| OpenCart | Orders synced from your connected OpenCart store. |
| Amazon | Orders synced from your connected Amazon seller account. |
| eBay | Orders synced from your connected eBay seller account. |
| API | Orders created programmatically through the DirectSale API. |
Info: To receive orders from external platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or eBay, you must first set up the integration in the Multichannel section of your dashboard.
