Channel Performance Analytics

Official guide · English · Version 9c253d0cf11816df

The Multichannel Analytics page provides insights into your sales performance across all connected platforms, including revenue by source, sync health, top-selling products, and recent sync activity.

Accessing Analytics

Navigate to Dashboard > Multichannel, then click the Analytics quick action card. Alternatively, click the back arrow on the Analytics page to return to the Multichannel Overview.

Time Period Selection

Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to select a reporting period:

Period Description
Last 7 Days Data from the past week.
Last 30 Days Data from the past month. Default selection.
Last 90 Days Data from the past quarter.
Last Year Data from the past 12 months.

All metrics and charts refresh automatically when you change the period.

Summary Cards

Four cards at the top provide a high-level snapshot:

Card Description
Total Revenue The combined revenue from all sales sources in the selected period. Formatted according to your currency settings.
Total Orders The total number of orders received across all channels.
Active Listings The total number of product listings currently managed across all platforms.
Sync Success Rate The percentage of successful sync operations. A high rate indicates healthy connectivity with your external platforms.

Revenue by Platform

A horizontal bar chart shows revenue contribution from each sales source. Revenue sources include:

Source Description
Chatbot Sales originating from AI chatbot conversations.
Storefront Sales from your DirectSale storefront/website.
Shopify Sales from connected Shopify stores.
WooCommerce Sales from connected WooCommerce stores.
PrestaShop Sales from connected PrestaShop stores.
OpenCart Sales from connected OpenCart stores.
Amazon Sales from connected Amazon listings.
eBay Sales from connected eBay listings.
API Sales processed through the API.

Each bar is color-coded by source and shows:

  • The revenue amount within the bar.
  • The number of orders on the right side.

Info: If a source shows no revenue data, it means no orders were recorded from that channel during the selected period. This does not necessarily indicate a problem -- the channel may simply not have received orders.

Sync Health

The Sync Health card provides a grid view of your listings' synchronization status:

Metric Color Description
Synced Green Listings that are successfully synchronized with their external platforms.
Errors Red Listings that have encountered sync errors. These need attention.
Pending Yellow Listings that are waiting to be synced for the first time.
Total Blue The total number of listings being managed.

Listings by Platform

Below the health grid, a breakdown shows how many listings belong to each connected platform/connection.

Top Selling Products

A table lists the best-performing products across all channels:

Column Description
Product Product name, image thumbnail, and SKU.
Units Sold Total quantity sold across all channels during the selected period.
Revenue Total revenue generated by this product.
Orders Number of individual orders containing this product.

Info: Use this data to identify your best-selling products. Products with high visibility but low sales may need pricing adjustments, better descriptions, or improved images on their external platform listings.

Recent Sync Activity

A timeline list shows the most recent sync operations:

Each entry shows:

  • A colored status dot indicating the result (green = completed, red = failed, yellow = partial, gray = other).
  • The sync type and associated platform/connection name.
  • Succeeded items (in green) and failed items (in red) if applicable.
  • The timestamp of when the sync started.

This section gives you a quick view of recent sync activity without navigating to the full Sync Logs page.

Understanding Your Data

Revenue Attribution

Revenue is attributed to the source where the order originated. For example:

  • An order placed on your Shopify store counts as Shopify revenue.
  • An order placed through the chatbot counts as Chatbot revenue.
  • An order placed on Amazon counts as Amazon revenue.

Sync Success Rate

The sync success rate is calculated as:

Synced Listings / Total Listings x 100

A rate below 90% may indicate connectivity issues or product data problems that should be investigated.

Best Practices

  • Check analytics weekly to track revenue trends across platforms and identify underperforming channels.
  • Investigate low sync success rates -- a drop below 90% usually indicates credential issues, API changes, or data problems.
  • Compare revenue by platform to focus marketing and inventory efforts on your highest-performing channels.
  • Use top products data to optimize listings -- ensure your best sellers have the best titles, images, and descriptions on each platform.
  • Monitor recent sync activity to catch failures early. A string of failed syncs may indicate a connection problem that needs immediate attention.
  • Review longer time periods (90 days, 1 year) to identify seasonal trends and plan inventory accordingly.
