Marketplace Products and Orders
Official guide · English · Version 9c253d0cf11816df
The Marketplace page manages supported marketplace connections and their products. It complements Multichannel listings and is not the same as Linked Stores between DirectSale tenants.
Before you start
Connect the intended marketplace in Connections and confirm it is healthy. Check product identifiers, stock and pricing. Marketplace publication can create a live external listing; review its commercial details and marketplace requirements before submitting it.
Daily workflow
- Open Marketplace and select the correct connection.
- Load its products and review listing status, stock and prices.
- Use Sync orders to retrieve supported marketplace orders; check the resulting count and recent orders.
- Use the stock-sync action to send the relevant stock updates.
- Edit a product's marketplace price with its price action, then verify it at the marketplace.
- Use the listing-status control only when you intend to change public availability.
- For eBay where offered, open the product catalog, choose a product and use the publication action after reviewing its data.
Selecting a product is not the same as publishing it. A parent product's presence does not prove all variants are available. Some operations are provider-specific; an eBay action should not be assumed available on every marketplace.
Verify and troubleshoot
Check the selected connection before every write. Compare a sample order number, variant SKU, available quantity and published price with the external account. If publication fails, inspect missing required product fields, permissions, connection status and the exact provider error. Correct the issue before retrying.
Do not create a duplicate local order just because sync is delayed. Use Sync Logs and Stock History and Listing Management for investigation. For internal tenant networks, use Linked Stores.
