Managing Listings

Official guide · English · Version 9c253d0cf11816df

The Listings page lets you view, filter, and manage all your product listings across connected e-commerce platforms. From here you can edit pricing, push updates to external platforms, and perform bulk operations on multiple listings at once.

Accessing Listings

Navigate to Dashboard > Multichannel > Listings from the tab bar.

Listings Table

Each listing in the table represents a product from your catalog that has been linked to an external platform. The table shows:

Column Description
Checkbox Select individual listings for bulk operations.
Product Product name and SKU, along with a thumbnail image. The name shown is the platform title if set, otherwise the original product name.
Platform A color-coded badge indicating which platform this listing belongs to (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.).
External ID The product ID on the external platform. Displayed as a monospace string. Empty if the product has not been pushed yet.
Pricing The current platform price. Click to edit pricing settings. Shows the pricing rule indicator (e.g., "+15%" for markup) and a strikethrough base price if the platform price differs from the catalog price.
Stock The stock quantity visible on the platform. Shows "override" if a manual stock override is set, or a safety stock deduction indicator if safety stock is configured.
Sync Current sync status with a colored icon and any error message.
Last Synced The date of the most recent successful sync. Shows "Never" if the listing has not been synced.
Actions Push product, push price, and external link buttons.

Sync Status Icons

Status Icon Color Description
Synced Checkmark Green The listing is up to date on the external platform.
Error Warning triangle Red The last sync attempt failed. Check the error message.
Pending Clock Yellow The listing is waiting to be synced.
Paused X circle Gray Syncing is paused for this listing.

Filtering Listings

Use the filter bar at the top to narrow down listings:

Filter Description
Search Search by product name, SKU, platform SKU, or platform title.
Connection Filter by a specific platform connection.
Sync Status Filter by sync status: All, Synced, Pending, Error, or Paused.
Platform Filter by platform type: WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Amazon, or eBay.

Click the Clear button to reset all filters.

Adding Products to a Platform

  1. Click the Add Products button in the top-right corner of the Listings page.
  2. You are taken to the Add Listings page (described in detail below).

Add Listings Workflow

The Add Listings page follows a three-step process:

Step 1: Select a Platform

  1. Choose the target platform connection from the dropdown.
  2. Only active connections are listed.
  3. The connection's site URL is displayed for reference.

Info: If no connections are available, you need to set up a platform connection first. Click Connect Store to navigate to the Connections page.

Step 2: Select Products

A table of your catalog products is displayed. For each product:

  • Products already listed on the selected platform show a Listed badge and cannot be selected again. Click on them to edit their listing settings.
  • Products not yet listed show a checkbox. Click to select them.

Table columns include:

Column Description
Checkbox Select/deselect the product. Already-listed products show an edit (pencil) icon instead.
Product Product name and thumbnail.
SKU Product SKU.
Price Catalog price. If a sale price is set, both prices are shown with the original price crossed out.
Stock Current stock quantity. Low stock (fewer than 5) is shown in orange, out of stock (0) in red.
Category Product category.
Status Whether the product is listed or not on the selected platform. Listed products also show their pricing rule and platform price.

Use the Search field to filter products by name. Click column headers (Product, SKU, Price, Stock) to sort the table.

Selection controls:

  • Select Page / Deselect Page -- Select or deselect all unlisted products on the current page.
  • Select All -- Select all unlisted products across all pages.
  • Clear Selection -- Deselect all products.

Step 3: Configure Pricing and Push

After selecting products, a configuration card appears:

  1. Pricing Rule -- Choose how prices are calculated for the external platform:
Rule Description Example
Manual Use the catalog price or set a custom platform price. Catalog price: $20.00 -- Platform price: $20.00.
Markup Percent Add a percentage on top of the base price. Base $20.00 + 15% = $23.00.
Markup Fixed Add a fixed amount on top of the base price. Base $20.00 + $2.50 = $22.50.
Margin Target Calculate price to achieve a target profit margin. Requires cost price. Cost $10.00 at 30% margin = $14.29.

Warning: The Margin Target rule requires products to have a cost price set. Products without a cost price will default to using the base catalog price.

  1. Safety Stock -- A stock buffer subtracted from the quantity sent to the platform. For example, if your actual stock is 100 and safety stock is 5, the platform will show 95 units available.

  2. Push Immediately -- When checked, products are both created as local listings and immediately pushed to the external platform. When unchecked, listings are created locally only and can be pushed later.

  3. Click Create & Push (or Create Listing if not pushing immediately) to proceed.

A results summary shows:

  • Number of successfully created listings.
  • Number of failed listings with error messages.

Editing Listing Pricing

Click the Pricing cell on any listing row to open the pricing editor modal.

The modal shows:

  • Base Price -- The product's catalog price (read-only reference).
  • Current Stock -- The product's current stock level (read-only reference).
  • Pricing Rule -- Select from Manual, Markup Percent, Markup Fixed, or Margin Target.
  • Value -- Enter the pricing value (percentage, fixed amount, or target margin depending on the rule).
  • Safety Stock -- Buffer stock to withhold from the platform.
  • Calculated Price -- A preview of the resulting platform price based on the selected rule and value.

Click Save & Recalculate to save the pricing configuration. The platform price is recalculated automatically based on your rule.

Per-Listing Actions

Each listing row has action buttons:

Action Icon Description
Push Product Upload icon Pushes the full product data (title, description, images, price, stock) to the external platform. Creates the product on the platform if it does not exist yet.
Push Price Send icon Pushes only the current price to the external platform. Available only for listings that already have an external ID.
External Link External link icon Opens the product page on the external platform in a new tab. Only available for listings with a platform URL.

Bulk Operations

Selecting Listings

  • Click the header checkbox to select/deselect all listings on the current page.

Available Bulk Actions

Action Description
Push Product Push full product data for all selected listings to their respective platforms.
Push Stock Push only stock quantities for all selected listings.
Push Price Push only prices for all selected listings.
Delete Remove all selected listings. This deletes the local listing record but does not remove the product from the external platform.

  2. Choose a bulk action from the dropdown.
  3. Click Apply to execute the action.
  4. Click Clear to deselect all and close the bulk actions bar.

Pagination

Listings are displayed 20 per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages.

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Product shows "pending" sync status The listing has not been pushed to the platform yet. Use the Push Product action.
Push fails with an error Check the connection health on the Connections page. Verify credentials are still valid.
Price not updating on external platform Make sure you are using Push Price, not just saving the pricing rule. Saving updates the local configuration; pushing sends it to the platform.
Stock shows "override" A manual stock override is set for this listing. The actual catalog stock is not being used.
Cannot select a product for listing The product is already listed on the selected platform. Click on it to edit the existing listing instead.
Safety stock not working Safety stock is subtracted from the quantity when pushing to the platform. Verify the safety stock value in the listing's pricing editor.
