Products

The Products section is where you manage your entire product catalog. From here you can add, edit, organize, and enrich your products with AI-generated content before they are displayed in your storefront and used by the sales chatbot.

What You Can Do

Import & Export	Bulk import products from spreadsheets or e-commerce platforms, and export your catalog to Excel
Product Variants	Create size, color, and other variations for a single product with independent pricing and stock
AI Content	Auto-generate product descriptions, replace image backgrounds, and create professional product photos
Reviews & Ratings	Moderate customer reviews, approve or reject submissions, and reply to feedback
Product Settings	Configure similar product recommendations and brand photo style settings

Products Page Overview

When you navigate to Products in the dashboard sidebar, you land on the main products list page. This page has several key sections:

Header Bar

At the top of the page you will find:

• Product count showing how many products are in your catalog
• Export Excel button to download your products as a spreadsheet
• Export Backup / Restore Backup to preserve or replace the product catalog using a product ZIP; see Catalog Backup
• Repair Metadata to preview and apply extracted-field/category repairs; read the conflict confirmation before applying
• Import Products button to navigate to the import wizard
• Add Product button to open the product creation dialog

AI Content Card

Below the header, the AI Content card shows the progress of AI-generated descriptions and images across your catalog. It displays:

• A progress bar for Descriptions (how many products have AI-generated descriptions)
• A progress bar for Images (how many products have AI-generated background images)
• Checkboxes to choose whether to generate descriptions, images, or both
• A Regenerate existing option to overwrite previously generated content
• A Generate All button to batch-process all products

The bars show catalog coverage, while the monthly usage labels show consumed credits. Generate All descriptions use SEO + AI with automatic keyword/URL approval and one text credit per generated product. Images, Replace BG and image previews share one image allowance. Chatbot Readiness Card

The Chatbot Readiness card shows the processing pipeline status for your AI sales assistant:

• Total Products in your catalog
• Ready products that are fully processed and available to the chatbot
• Pending products that are waiting to be processed
• Error products where processing encountered issues
• Embedding Status showing how many products have vector embeddings for semantic search

Info: Products need to be fully processed (status: Ready) before the AI chatbot can recommend them to customers. If you see pending or error products, use the Reprocess Pending button to retry.

Search and Filters

The filter bar lets you narrow down your product list:

• Search by product name
• Stock Status filter (All, In Stock, Out of Stock, Limited, Coming Soon)
• Category filter
• Sort By options: Newest, Oldest, Lowest Price, Highest Price, Name A-Z, Name Z-A, AI Rank
• Advanced Filters for price range, featured products only, and on-sale products only

Bulk Actions

Select multiple products using the checkboxes in the product table to reveal the bulk actions toolbar:

• Delete selected products
• Change Status of selected products (In Stock, Out of Stock, Limited, Coming Soon)
• Move to categories opens the category tree for up to 500 selected products. Choose one or more categories and a primary category, then click Apply. This replaces the current category assignments for every selected product; it does not add to the old assignments. No AI credits are used.
• Feature / Unfeature selected products
• Reprocess AI to re-run AI processing on selected products

Product Table

The main table displays your products with the following columns:

Column	Description
Checkbox	Select products for bulk actions
Product	Product image, name, description preview, and badges (featured star, AI description badge, external link)
Category	Click the category badges or the empty category cell to change this product's categories directly. Choose multiple categories and mark the primary with the star, then click Apply
Price	Clickable price for inline editing. Shows both regular and sale price when festival mode is active
Status	Dropdown to quickly change stock status. Shows pre-order settings for "Coming Soon" products and estimated delivery days for in-stock products
AI Rank	Suggestion rank (0-20) and quality rating, both clickable for inline editing
Actions	Festival toggle, Page Builder, Edit, and Delete buttons
