Exporting Accounting Data
Official guide · English · Version 9c253d0cf11816df
Open Accounting > Data Export to generate supported accounting files. Exported files can contain customer, supplier and financial information; keep them in an authorized location.
Generate and download
- Choose a new export.
- Select the relevant data type, such as invoices, contact balances, stock movements, product kardex or journal entries from the available list.
- Choose a supported format: CSV, XLSX, PDF or JSON where offered.
- Set the relevant period/filters in the form.
- Generate the export and inspect its status in the history.
- Download a completed record and verify filename, format, row count and reporting period.
- Check representative totals and currency before handing the file to an accountant or importing it elsewhere.
Understand statuses
Pending means work is not yet confirmed complete. Completed permits retrieval of the generated content; Failed requires investigation. Refresh the history after a connection problem before creating the same export again.
An export is not a full platform backup and is not evidence that a tax filing or external accounting import succeeded.
Troubleshooting and privacy
Empty file: inspect type, date filters and whether source records exist in the intended status. Download failure: reopen the completed history entry and check the exact error. Unexpected total: compare filters and currency with the source report. Share only the necessary file; never add access keys to an export.
Use Backup and Restore for the separate backup workflow.
