Complete Dashboard Learning Directory

Official guide · English · Version 9c253d0cf11816df

Use this directory to find the task-level guide for each area of DirectSale. Begin with the launch sequence, then open the relevant guide whenever you add a feature. Availability depends on your plan, role, currency region and authorized provider connections. A guide is not a promise that an unavailable feature is enabled for your account.

The official articles are maintained centrally and shared by the dashboard Help Center, Smart Help and the public website. Smart Help explains the documented workflow; it cannot operate your account or inspect your customers, orders or private settings.

First working launch

  1. Follow the Launch Checklist, Registration and First Login.
  2. Review Navigation, Dashboard and General Settings, including currency and language.
  3. Prepare the catalog or services, business knowledge and one customer channel.
  4. Configure payments only if you want to collect money through the supported checkout.
  5. Test a complete authorized customer journey before expanding to more channels.
  6. Use Smart Help, Troubleshooting or Support when blocked.

Receiving payments and managing orders

Verify payment status before fulfillment. Returning from a payment app is not proof of successful settlement. Subscription payments to DirectSale are separate from payments collected from your customers.

Services and appointments

Read Services, Creating Services, Service Providers, Schedules, Appointments and Job Requests and Visits. Configure availability before accepting bookings and verify the customer-side result.

External stores, marketplaces and linked tenants

Linking tenants does not merge their logins, subscriptions, customer conversations or all settings. Agree field ownership before synchronizing live records.

Accounting: setup and sales

Start with Accounting Overview and Settings, then prepare Contacts, Products, Payment Terms and Tax Rates.

Use Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes and Recurring Invoices. A recurring document schedule does not automatically charge a customer's bank.

Accounting: money, stock and operations

Check document state and balances before retrying an uncertain posting, transfer or payment. Draft, approved, posted, applied, voided and reversed are not interchangeable.

Accounting: reports and controls

These tutorials explain software workflows, not country-specific accounting or filing advice. Verify reporting periods, data completeness and any external filing receipt with the responsible professional.

Team, media, subscriptions and account care

Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details or customer records to Smart Help. For a missing or outdated instruction, report the page name, action and sanitized error through Support so the central guide can be corrected.
